Had the Moderna vaccination here, and it was an awful experience. Shuffled into a dingy cupboard of a room with overflowing sharps containers, some of the used syringes with blood on them. Not shown any proof of what was in the needle. No gloves or use of hand sanitiser by the person administering the shot, no alcohol wipe used, just jabbed with a needle without warning and a bandaid slapped on. Will not be returning here for my second dose.

Very good people! I went there to get my Covid shots and bla bla they have a dedicated space for that. I'm not sure what else to say apart from they're nice people, give clear instructions, are helpful, and Terrywhite Chemmart just normally has low prices. So, win win for all I guess.

Waited here at the scripts in location for about 5 minutes...no line or anything and for that whole time i think about 3 staff ignored me so walked out

went in there today and the guy who does the vaccinations is very unprofessional and unfriendly and unsociable has no idea on how to talk to people and just looks at you and is very rough and should not have a job.I will never return here again and make sure no one I knows goes there

We went for covid vaccine around 4 pm as they told us to come on Thursday but there was an old lady who said they could not help us to get vaccinated as for that day no other appointment available. We waited to ask the lady who told us to come that time but that old lady not only did not let us to talk to her colleague but also not helpful and said to us your situation would not change even you talk to any one else. We leaved and booked at once online in Glen Waverley Terry white for 1 hour later. While she could help and guide us how to book online in other branch, she did not let us to talk to her colleague for help. She was terrible person! Never back there again!
