Coles Bracken Ridge

I enjoy shopping at this store as the shelves are always full, fruit and vegetables are great and the aisles are free of cartons and other clutter. The freshly cut flowers are mostly in good selections or arrangement.

Been shopping at this store for some time and I have never seen it in worse condition. The store has poor product availability and the staff are quite annoying. The old lady on the self serve checkouts was watching me like a hawk scan my items! Was very intimidating. Every time on the way to this store I get harassed by those people that stand in the middle of malls asking for money from people who don't care! Also, I can never get fresh wholemeal buns from this store. Never have been able too! Coles also pulled a lot of good products that I liked buying at Coles, quite unfortunate like Hans BBQ Sizzlers 500g for example. I'm shopping at Aldi now and I'm saving money, getting more bang for my buck and having proper professional interactions with staff.

Generally, a big fan of this store however after just receiving some of the worst customer service from a staff member at the deli this morning (8am 28/4/24) I am beginning to think otherwise.Quite literally rolled her eyes and laughed when I asked if there was an item available that wasn’t on display. Walked out the back, immediately turned around and walked back out the door saying “Nope. Have none”Everything appeared to be an issue, even a simple smile.Maybe having a bad morning, but probably best to not take that out on your customers who quite politely asked a simple question to an employee designated to work in that area.

A handy Coles but a cut down size. I only go here when I'm running late or know I need something like a staple.

Didn’t have any face washers or safety pins

When a product doesn't perform as advertised, you got to take it back for a refund. But Coles Bracken ridge staff say no receipt, no refunds. I'm at risk of losing a lot of money since I don't take paper receipts which aren't environmentally friendly, so I'll have to shop somewhere else!

Decent sized shop with a decent choice of products and a good service.

Love the range of products here however disappointed that I waited at the deli on 27/03/23 waiting to get the staff's attention, and 1 minutes after 8pm finally attending to me to say the deli is closed. Felt like she intentionally ignored me until past closing time even though I had arrived before the deli was closed.
