I recently revisited a restaurant that was once a favorite spot for my family and me. However, this time, I left feeling greatly disappointed. The decline in food quality was evident, and it was disheartening to see a place we used to frequent lose its charm. One of the reasons we initially loved dining at this restaurant was the consistently excellent food. However, during this visit, it became apparent that something had changed. The dishes we ordered lacked the same flavors and attention to detail that we had come to expect. The ingredients seemed subpar, and the overall taste fell short of our previous experiences. It saddens me to admit that our once beloved establishment seems to have lost its way. The passion and dedication that were once evident in every dish are now absent. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in quality, especially when we had so many fond memories associated with this place. While I hope the restaurant can regain its former glory, I am hesitant to return until they address these issues. I genuinely believe that if they put effort into bringing back the essence of what made them great in the first place, they could recapture the hearts of their loyal customers. It's important for restaurants to adapt and evolve, but not at the cost of compromising the core aspects that made them special. If this establishment can rekindle its commitment to quality and consistency, I would be willing to reconsider my stance and give it another chance. In the end, my disappointment stems from the fact that this restaurant no longer lives up to the standard it once set. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and endeavors to rectify the situation. Until then, I'll have to look elsewhere to satisfy my dining needs.

Unfortunately the last few times we’ve ordered the same dishes the inconsistencies in quality were few and far in-between.Recently we Ordered the buffalo wings, went to pick them up and noticed the wings were just plain….. I.e no buffalo sauce. I went back to enquire and was told “we don’t have anymore sauce”. That fact would have been nice to know before hand I would think.I did feel for the young bloke serving me as he looked a bit overwhelmed with the busy service time.

We ordered home delivery of ribs (half rack of beef, lamb and pork) and a pizza. The ribs were so finger licking delicious that I don't even recall the pizza - highly recommended! I haven't had many ribs, but these were way up there compared to much pricier ones I've tried here and overseas.

I visited this restaurant with my daughter today (4th Feb 2023). The overall experience was very disappointing. Here is the summary.1. The restaurant was <50% occupied, and the service was slow. I have asked three different waiting people to take my order.2. It took 30 mins to see the food.3. The food quality has dropped significantly compared to 3 years ago. I ordered Salami Schiacciata (the outside is hot, but the inside is cold), Beef Ball spaghetti (beef ball is also hard inside), and Gnocchi Genovese (chicken was pre-cooked, not freshly cooked).4. I can see the customers next to my table were frustrated about the meals they received, but I don't know about the details.5. Again, I have to ask 2 other staff to give me the pepper and the takeaway container.6. When paying for the bill, an extra $100 was charged by mistake ($79 -> $179.34) - glad I checked it. I got the difference back immediately. The staff were under a lot of stress from what I can see during the dinner. The female staff apologised for the bad customer experience I received without me saying anything. I can see this. She is under a lot of stress too. Both of waiting and kitchen need to be improved. In this area, I prefer the pasta near Pymble Station.

Beautiful Italian restaurant! The pizza was delicious. They had some Italian drinks which tasted great! Plenty of vegetarian options. Service was excellent and food was served quickly. Both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Great ambience indoors. Ample parking is available in the vicinity. Food was reasonably priced.

This place makes great woodfired pizzas! I had the Gamberi pizza and I would recommend it to anyone who likes prawns with a touch of chili. The garlic bread was light, crunchy and not at all oily. The best I've had anywhere. My wife's Penne Norma" was ok but nothing to rave about. They have a good selection of quality wines and the service was excellent."

This is a local restaurant chain with locations on Concord and Turramurra (that I have tried). The food is very good, consistent quality and friendly service. We had the macaroni and cheese, chicken risotto and pumpkin goat cheese gnocchi.

Went there for the Valentines Day dinner & came away extremely unimpressed. (Supposedly) wood fired margarita looked & tasted like a Domino Pizza & the main sized garlic prawn was, really, entree sized. The worst part was waiting. The food took 1.5 hours to get to us when the retaurant wasn't full & we even had to wait over 10 mins just to pay the bill, when we were the only customer lingering at the counter. If you want a pleasant dining experience in a friendly local restaurant, this place is NOT it.
