Connie and Maria are two of the most genuinely caring and helpful bankers and I go back just to see them. Have had some mixed services from this branch with other staff members who were not very nice or helpful but when Connie and Maria are there, our issues are always resolved and not dismissed.Have been coming to this branch since I was a child and it really depends on who you see but overall more positives than negatives.

Saturday morning ( 20/05/2023) I visited the bank in Roselands. I asked the girl at reception desk can I transfer money from my account to my brother account. I told her that I don’t have internet banking. She said that they will do it for me, but I need to wait. She said 5-6 customers in front of you.So I was sitting there for about 15 minutes, when another person came and asked me how she can help me.I said what I would like to do, she said she can’t help me. I need to come and see a teller on working day.I was so disappointed and upset, and I didn’t see the girls names.Why I had to wait 15 minutes to be told that they can’t help me?

I would like to give Mohammed Rahman a massive shout-out for his excellent work and help he gave my partner and I securing our first home loan, he took our calls and answered our emails on his days off. I highly recommend people to come and see Mohammed for his excellent customer service and for excellent home loan rates.

Such a careless management. It's been more than 20 days i opened my account and they haven't applied for my card and because of them i had to face a lot of troubles living here in Sydney as a new international student . Shame of this Rossland branch and i am giving one star rating out of 5 .

Staff was trained to be confident and all the associated ‘client feeling management’ fluff. Not competent on the actual stuff of getting things done.I came to the bank multiple times hoping i can open a bank account. My business has 1 abn with different trading names. Apprently CBA can only accommodate 1 ABN and 1 business trading names.Heading to Westpac to get my stuff done.
