My dad pre-ordered (WELL ahead of Christmas) about $350 of frozen prawns. They agreed to keep them frozen. He collected them yesterday (23/12) and they had been defrosted by the store (who knows when). The staff were just like yeah sorry. We don't do our family Christmas until Boxing Day so chances are they will be off by then. A pretty grim experience honestly.

I've had a mixed experience. I've bought prawns that were top notch but I've also bought oysters that were very obviously off but were wrapped in cling wrap so I didn't know until i opened it and got hit with a stink bomb. Make sure you smell before you buy.Their range is not great but that's down to their small shop I guess.

I rang them to get 700 grams of prawns on the 8/4/20 and they said that would be ok. ( I got a girl on the line). I asked how much that would be, they quoted me: $29.40. I picked them up Thursday and it looked below 700 grams for $32.70. Didn’t even look like 700 grams and they charged me more. Not good enough people! Bit more customer service would go along way too! Ripped off!!!

Very disappointed. Two kilos of prawns that were tiny and they didn’t even show us what we had purchased. We didn’t find out that we had purchased bait prawns until we got home.

1kg pre packed prawns at already exorbitant Christmas prices weighing in at 870g. Where's your integrity, literally ripping people off at Xmas. Not just a little bit off, way off, $8.36 per 870g sold. Disgusting.
