Absolute horrendous experience, girlfriend went there to get her nails done for Christmas. Waited an hour and a half, and when it was finally her time they botched the job, were unprofessional, spoke poorly and rude! Don't recommend at all!

Very disappointed. I come to this salon every now and then for my nails. However this time I spent almost 3 hours getting my nails done here on Saturday. I got both my toes with shellac and french tip nails done, I was served after 2 women that came in later than me, once they finally started on my toes I was moved half way through to get my nails started, no explanation given I was very confused and annoyed. I then had to ask for my French tip nails to be redone as you could see my nail underneath from the pink gel not setting properly. To top it off my toes have already chipped today! No discount given for wasting my time and a lack of care.

I had a shellac refill today, the customer service was very poor. My nails were very rushed no attention to detail at all.My manicurist constantly tapped and moved my hand through out the whole service, I was unsure as to what she wanted me to do with my hands but clearly she didn’t like the position they were in.Unfortunately I will not be returning not a pleasant experience at all.

A guy did my nails and did a terrible job!! He didn’t cut my nails short like I requested and then shaped them completely crocked. The paint is clumpy, he hurt me with his own nails and the machine. Not happy. Will not be going back.

Very disappointed. We went today with my friend to get shellac and simple designs. We paid $55 each and it's a horrible job.

This is my favourite place to get my acrylic nails. The shape is always gorgeous and smooth, and the nails aren’t chunky. So professional and my nails look beautiful. I have tried many different places but always come back to this one!

Very disappointed. Did my manicure and colour so quickly, no attention to detail, it felt so rushed and not properly done. The people working on my nails were constantly whispering and laughing amongst each other while doing my nails, not adressing me at all when i spoke and when i thanked them they were silent and i got no response, it made me feel uncomfortable and its not polite or professional. I wont go again . Ive been going for years now and then, unfourtunatly the service level has dropped a lot. I wouldnt recommend.

I had my toes and my hands done there today and it was such a waste absolutely hate it,it was soo disappointing paid 142$ for nothing they just seem to be rushing accepting lots of customers and rushing people which is not fair if people are paying that much we like to it done nicely now I have to go another place n get those smudge toes redone.
