Kiddo - Babysitters, Nannies & NDIS Carers - Gold Coast

We’ve had great experiences with Kiddo each time we’ve used it. The app works well, the babysitters are all well vetted and transparently reviewed and payment is handled simply within the app itself. The babysitters we’ve used have been great with our children and have left us feeling confident.

First time using kiddo has been a breeze! It was really easy to organise and communicate with our babysitter before the booking, what a great service

I have only used the service 7 times but have been charges 14 times. One charge is as high as $280 aud. I have also been charged $49 for an ongoing care that I did not get to use because the nanny that accepted it kept cancelling.Kiddo has no one in customer service that I can talk to, I kept sending emails and they do not respond when it comes to giving a credit.This is very frustrating that no one cares and no one is answering or calling given have all our information.Please Kiddo, don't make this hard for working mums like us. I don't know who else to turn to because you have no customer service number to call for concerns. Please do not charge for service that wasn't given.Edit:Credits were given after posting this review and after sending emails to them.

Easy to use and accessible App, far better than any of its competitors. The baby sitter we chose matched her profile and provided an excellent service. It can be very nerve racking leaving your little ones with a stranger, but the Kiddo app feels safe & secure and seems to attract quality carers. I'd definitely recommend and use it again

Super easy to use app. Loved that I could see who was available for the times I required and choose the suitable person. Babysitter we chose was great with both kids. We have a son with special needs so to know he was properly cared for was very important to us and we were suitably impressed with the care given. Will definitely be using this app on a regular basis:-)

We used Kiddo for our recent date night and it worked out great - our babysitter was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and followed all our instructions to a T. The pre pay system is also great as you don’t have to worry about having cash on hand. Will definitely use again soon!

I love the Kiddo app! Our family lives Interstate, so finding a babysitter can sometimes be hard. Kiddo app lets you look at Carers details and see their prior experience, and all the carers are screened with police check, WWC etc. the carers we have used have been great with our girls, and the app is just so easy and professional to use! I’ve had to cancel a babysitter before due to sickness too, and that was really simple. Definitely recommend

This is hands down the BEST app for parents. It connects you with FULLY qualified and screened babysitters who are available during the time periods you require. Payment comes straight out of your card and it is super easy to add extra time if your event goes for longer. Finding and picking a babysitter you trust has never been easier! 11/10!

Easy to use, trustworthy and reliable service. We were able to leave the kids at home, go to dinner and catch up with friends. Will definitely use this service again!
