Melton Swim school

Direct debit and contractual formalities are trap and exploiting at Melton swim school. Since November I am requesting to finish my membership with swim school but even leaving voicemails no acknowledgment. Finally get one in contact in early December and been told only one payment in the mid December required which will finish the term but surprised to see last week of December they again debited my account and when asked they say i was charged less earlier and it was the adjustment . Totally depressed with their accounting structure. Such a shame that I have to deal and wasted my earnings with these accounting thugs.

My kids have been swimming here for 4years now and absolutely love it, the staff are all so friendly and the teachers are amazing.

Really happy with the centre. Both my kids attend and love it, and both are being moved up in the new year, my daughter is quite confident in the water, this was identified and she was moved up without me even needing to discuss it with them. Good clean facilities and the instructors are always happy to talk after class

I understand that there are terms and conditions when you sign the agreement, but if you cannot accommodate kids that struggle with anxiety, then perhaps there should be some flexibility.Michelle Nguyen was a great teacher.

Would not recommend to anyone do not waste your time sending your kids here!Pool is dirty unhygienicThey over crowd/over pack the pool during lessonsThe reception staff are rudeThe swimming staff are unhelpful and when trying to cancel membership they make it as difficult (even though cancelled it according to their rules) as possible and turn nasty because we don’t want to continue at their centre, also they try to charge extra money as much as they possibly can. Not worth it at all!Bad experience sending my kids here.Paul Sadler is so much better for swimming lessons in every way

My daughter is in her 3rd term of swimming and she loves it. Teachers are great and Nikki was great when she signed us up. The family portal is easy to use.

Both of my children have learnt to swim at this school. Teachers are attentive and patient. Highly recommend

Over the short time I've been there, I've seen so many happy little faces returning each week, absolutely loving the water, staff and overall friendly and supportive environment. Not only do I get to see my kids learning a very important life skill, I get to see them achieve new skills and improve each and every week, thanks to the help of their amazing teachers. They even have adult classes which I am looking forward myself to starting in the new year.The facility is very clean and structure of their program is outstanding. Would definitely recommend for all ages

If I could rate 0 I would!My daugher has spent 3 years at this service and has only received 2 certificates in this time! Was told our normal class wouldn’t be running anymore, so changed days and times to suit them, which was the biggest mistake I’ve made! My daughter was put into a class that was 2 levels down from where she was at and was so humiliated! She had gone from swimming almost a full lap of the pool, to being in the kindy class and crawling back up the wall! She’s in grade 2!When I approached staff and management, no apology was offered and I was basically told I didn’t know what I was talking about! I now cannot get my daughter to attend lessons here as she is totally embarrassed and thinks she’s a failure at swimming.Luckily, we turned to Paul Sadler and they have been amazing! As always, you get what you pay for and this place shows it! Cheap swimming lessons = cheap learning!
