The worst of worst in my life

Quick to quote and made lots of claims to experience in trade but was certainly NOT the case. Very poor quality work. When asked to rectify works he said, it was a small job and doesn't have time for it. He did eventually send someone else to fix ONLY the cut but we could not communicate with him as he only spoke Chinese and had absolutely no knowledge of any English. The following are the main issues:1. Did not tile the entire area needed. Left a very noticeable gap.2. Glue used has been running down our tiles for months now.3. Tiler Jack decided to cut corner of our wall, stating he thought it would look better.Do NOT HIRE this company. Picture attached.
