Great structure to view waterbirds from. Best in Spring when the water level is high and birds are in breeding season. Plenty of windows to view from. Wheelchair accessible with boardwalk leading to the hide and wheelchair suitable windows to view from.

Chechingurk Hide
Came here with our 2.5 old toddler and he really enjoyed this place. In the information centre you can get a map of the optional hikes and learn about some of the local animals and the history of the place.Along the hike there is a nice birds hideout with some info signs about the different kinds of birds you might spot there. The hideout need some maintenance but overall it's a nice stop along the hike.We did the short loop hike which fit perfectly for our toddler.Free parking and public toilets are available on the site.
