Great range, good layout, well signed, good customer service. Need more registers with staff to process your groceries too many self serve registers.

First time visit to this first class Coles outlet. Excellent fresh fruit and veggies and a big range, and great grocery items. The outlet is very spacious and well laid out and the staff were super friendly. Also, we had no trouble finding a parking spot, there's plenty of parking.

Not a nice shopping experience at this store this morning. Almost all vegetable shelves empty, when I asked an employee, without looking at me, he said truck hasnt arrived. That's at 10 am. Three customers at the register with full trollers with only one register opened. When I asked if an additional one could be opened, the customer service manager did but very annoyed, talking to me as if she is my boss. Not happy!

This is one of there larger stores. The layout is spacious. Beautifully laid out Deli section. Heaps of parking.

Strange I live in the area but have never shopped at this Coles store. The lighting was so good, not so crowded, staff were helpful and parking no drama. I think this may become my regular store

Very disappointed in the store manager and produce manager. No cut fruit on shelves. I asked the produce manager twice.He was putting out spinach and Asian vegetables out. Why would you put vegetables out when it was 33 degrees. The store manager didn't say anything .l said l would go to woolworth's. She said go to woolworth's.So l did.Not happy with the store.

Hi so me and my 2 friends have just finished gym and we needed to meal prep so we thought it would be good to stop into coles to get chicken. As soon as we walked in we got unpleasant looks from staff. Then we couldn’t find what we were looking for so we started to leave but then I thought of getting a snack and when we were near the front we were getting mean looks from the lady up front. So my friends left and as I was walking back to pay for it the same worker accused me and my friends of stealing and told the security to look for us. This is pretty disrespectful to be honest considering we didn’t act or do anything bad to get treated in such a dishonourable way,Terrible staff.

Just shopped about 10 minutes ago, young girl in the deli wouldn’t slice up fresh ham as I wanted it shaved and there was no shaved options in the window. She told me because they have closed the slices, however they were all still dirty and she was just lazy. I use to work in a deli and we sliced meats until 7:30, not 5pm when parents are out getting school lunches ready. Wasn’t the first time this Coles declined…

Supermarkets in general are the pits but staff blocking shoppers, shelves unstocked, so called fresh produce second rate. Might find something suitable for the family dog.Coles need to take a good long hard look at themselves.Shop local with your green grocer and butcher the quality difference is incredible.
