Caloundra Community Kindergarten

Being a Caloundra community kindy kid myself (from the 80s!) the choice to send my own daughter there was originally nostalgic.However from the first visit I am amazed at this centre and all it delivers.The way the teachers communicate with the kids is amazing, the knowledge that your child is really heard and nurtured because it’s not a huge centre is reassuring and the community feel with the other families is so cool.I recommend to everyone!

A wonderland for our little people with a focus on play and community. I will never forget the genuine respect, compassion and love that my daughter received here.

I wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else than here. The teachers, the environment, everything about this kindy is amazing. The staff feel like family and they put so much effort into their everyday activities making sure the children have a great space to play, learn and grow. They care so deeply about each child and it shows. Such a welcoming community.

Such an amazing Kindy! With beautiful teachers, wonderful atmosphere and they make you feel welcome each and every time your there. Always happy to chat with you about the day. Has a real family feel!

We absolutely loved our kindy journey with Caloundra Community Kindergarten and only wish we had another year!! Madalyn absolutely flourished under the care of Leah, Jules and Annette and all the other staff who spent time with her. Their approach to child lead activities allowed our daughter to experience fun, love and adventure at her own pace and created the opportunities to learn and grow in a fun and exciting way. I highly recommend this kindy for every parent wanting the very best for their children. Well done Caloundra Community Kindergarten for understanding each individual childs needs you are truly amazing!!!

My son attended this beautiful kindy in 2020 and 2021 and we couldn’t be happier the staff are amazing. The staff are dedicated to the children. We love this kindy so much so when it was time for my daughter to start her kindy year we left our long daycare and started at Caloundra Community Kindergarten. I have had 2 nieces attend this beautiful centre. We know our children are getting the best start before big school.

Choosing to attend Caloundra Kindy has been the best decision we have made for our two girls. It is their home away from home and the staff are like extended family. Their kindness towards the children is second to none, their focus on wellbeing and nurturing the whole child and the play that happens within the centre daily is pure childhood magic. From a mud kitchen, chickens, veggie garden, native bees to box collage, home corner, investigations and all of the delicious play scenarios you can think of. My husband and I both attended the centre as children and it was naturally our first choice for our girls and are so glad we were accepted. I cannot recommend Caloundra Kindy highly enough!

Our son spent a year at CCK and we all loved it. A lovely welcoming community with great outdoor adventures and chickens to see. A true asset to the neighbourhood.

All 3 of my children have been through Caloundra Community Kindy and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.The support, dedication and experience of the educators is second to none, the environment is welcoming, clean and a wonderland of adventure for little people and the connections and friendships made have lasted for years and years.Caloundra Kindy is a place you will be sad to leave, a truly wonderful early learning experience for children.
