Rude and condescending receptionist with an attitude. S@ndra was very unfriendly on the phone while taking pickup bookings..only thing I get was big sighs and curt replies. I personally think that as a company's receptionist, once you step into your workplace, you ARE representing your company. You are ARE the first contact point that the customer(s) will face and forgive me if I am wrong but I think to leave a good impression on your customer(s) / potential customer(s) makes your company flourish and grow… On the other hand, I’ve got no complaints on the pickup & delivery service. Please improve at the front end of your customer service.

If I Could give this company a 0 i would. Worst possible service of all the delivery companies we use. Stock picked up on Tuesday and still was not delivered by the following Monday.. just 20 km From Depot to our place. Driver must think he has a delusion of grandeur and power to think he can deliver when HE wants. Now we have changed delivery companies we get next day turnaround.. Do yourself a favour and call around for better service.
