Master Colour Nails

Absolutely terrible experience. Do not go here. The woman doing my pedicure did not scrub my feet with exfoliating sponge for and only put them in water for a minute. For my manicure she did not pick a single cuticle. This all took over 1.5 hours. She was constantly letting people come in and making them wait for 30mins without first telling them there would be such a long wait.This is the worst manicure pedicure I have ever had. I had chips on both my fingers and toes within 2 days and this was shellac. Avoid at all costs.

This is my second time here. The girls always tell me to pay in cash. I go to a nail salon to having relax and I am very unhappy Today.They give voucher when discount if you pay by cash little discount.customers who pay by card no discount . I am very uncomfortable. The service is also very bad. There are many customers who would like to pay by card. I want each customer to receive personalized service.

Pedicure was good, she was lovely. Manicure was terrible by another person. At the end I was forced to go to an ATM to get them cash, which wasn’t working with my phone, so I couldn’t pay with cash after all that effort. I was treated terribly when I came back and had to pay with card. We all know what’s going on here. The worst part of the experience was witnessing a previous customer come in and show them the poor workmanship of her manicure with broken nails. She was treated terribly, messed around and lied to. She came back and hour later, as they suggested, and they said they had no room for her as they were fully booked out and she needed to come back another day with an appointment. I asked if they were appointment only to confirm if that was true, they’re not . This is my most convenient nail salon, and I will never go here again.

Ha did an amazing job on my nails last time . She was really nice and took really good care of me. I got more than I asked for by the way of service lovely friendly staff. I asked her name for next time. But didn’t see anymoreI really wanted to back this shop, however after back for two times , someone did the nail and shape is not of similar length, not even at all.

Ly did a beautiful job and I am very happy. 5 stars for my beautiful nails!Made an appointment however, walk ins are welcome.Sadly, the owner does not manage the number of technicians available and factor in duration of each appointment.Customers are left waiting, some had their previous nails soaked off and I observed two ladies leave in frustration.He creates a very tense and stressful environment for his technicians and customers alike.I made an appointment for 9.30am and was the first customer. I had a pedicure and SNS manicure. I left at 11.45am. 2H 15M. Hence, my 3 star rating.The owner never apologises for keeping customers waiting, he followed the ladies out who left and tried to make them pay for the removal! He also is very abrupt and pushes for cash payment.

Sadly an unprofessional experience. I was pushed a few times by my nail technician and a towel was pulled out from under my feet as I was instructed to stand. I almost slipped. They are slower than my usual salon. One customer next to me had the wrong colour placed on their nails. 3 customers were given incorrect times of when they would start or finish on their nails and one customer walked out from waiting

Terrible.First one in there and then more continued to enter after me. As usual they try to do everyone at once and that never ends well. Very short sighted way of doing business.As a result I got the worst pedicure. Uneven toes. Parts that weren’t cut properly and was charge full price after an hour in the chair.Won’t go back now which is a shame

Friendly staff, the lady who has done my toe nails is very gentle. Hygiene is also great; they have sterilised set of nail tools in a packet for each customer. Will come back again.

I don't often leave reviews but feel compelled to due to incredibly rude staff and slow service. Was really not busy when I arrived, someone came and took the nail varnish off my toes after about 30 minutes then I had another 20 minute wait for the actual pedicure, with zero communication. Toenails all uneven lengths. Only one coat of colour done and then I was abandoned again. After another 20 minutes waiting when I realised there would not be a second coat I asked several times if I could pay. No one raised their head or acknowledged me and I had to just wait awkwardly by the till until someone came to take my money. Over an hour and a half of my time spent getting a very subpar pedicure, I would have left earlier but didn't feel I could once someone had taken the polish off.This was overall a huge disappointment as the salon is lovely and they have a great selection of colours. I thought it might have been a one off but I sent my mum a few days later and sadly she had a very similar experience. Will be avoiding in future.
