Exact Radiology Clinics

I’ve been to exact radiology on a number of occasions both here and other locations. They are always excellent and the Oxley location is no exception. The people behind the counter were friendly and polite and the technician, a bloke with a big brown beard, was funny and easygoing. Perfect for calming someone’s nervesHighly recommend

My first time here. Reception staff were ok but could be more personable, however Dan the radiologist made up for it with amazing service. He was cheerful and really showed an interest in his clients through the conversation we had. Seemed to know his craft well and was really quick. Thanks for the great experience Dan.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Sonographer was lovely and very understanding of us having our 1 year old with us. I love that this place also bulk bills, as a lot of places don’t anymore for pregnancy ultrasounds.

We had booked days earlier and listed the required scans on the script over the phone. We then arrived early to our appointment and waited until our appointment time slot only to be told that this was a specialised scan and not available and rebooked us on the other side of town. Our busy day had quickly become a write off. A quick Google search offers many other options.

Had a great experience today, around 9.45am. Both receptionists were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Another patient came in at the same time and was equally well attended to. After reading a previous comment, I was surprised by the negativity. Sometimes patients are nervous when coming for a procedure, and having the receptionist have a small chat can relax the patient and make them feel more comfortable. I would have to say the professionalism shown this morning was of a high standard.

Two young female receptionists working today Tues in the afternoon serving people nicely.good customer service.Even the young female examiner who did my ultrasound was doing her job very well.Thank you so much

Not a pleasant experience at reception.I went to check in at reception a young blonde female was busy on her computer, I was happy to wait for her to complete what she was doing.I was asked to show my QLD Gov Check in confirmation, the checkin app flicked over to my vaccinations certification and I was rudely told “ show me your check in details” not your vaccination status.There was a large industrial fan running meters away from the reception making it very hard to hear what she was saying.On a positive note the Sonographer who did my ultra sound was delightful!

Not a good experience.I explained on the phone that I do not have the support system to leave my 1 yr old at home and they said that was fine. When we arrived the woman doing the ultrasound immediately told my husband and child to wait outside the room.If having a child in the room or having them be a little vocal affects her ability to preform an ultrasound then maybe she shouldn’t be in the line of work she’s in.She was incredibly passive from the moment she called us from the waiting room.She also didn’t explain any numbers to me, basically said there’s baby and pulled the screen away from me (with my first the technician explained everything).My husband and I walked out incredibly disappointed with the low quality and unfriendly service.

Today (22/9) I went to this clinic to get a CT scan done. The appointment was at 1:00pm. During the booking I was asked to be there at 12:50pm (which I did). The receptionist was having a personal chat with a customer (possibly known to her). Nothing against that (I need to mention that there were only 2 customers there - me and the other lady who was talking to the receptionist) The conversation took long and I took a seat. Around 1:00pm, the receptionist was free but she didn't take any effort to talk to me or ask me whether she can help me (which is the normal process, I assume). Actually the customer apologised saying that sorry to keep me waiting (due to her chat with the receptionist).I have been to this clinic about an year back and my experience (with the reception and clinic personal) was very positive (see below my review posted at that time).I went for a Ultrasound last week to Exact Radiology
