We hired SCS at the start of 2020 to replace 4 windows and a sliding door to a mix of PvC windows and combined timber/aluminium.I only have positive things to say about Matt, Delia and the team: they are very professional, offer great advice & service. From the first appointment when Matt was clearly very knowledgeable but without pushing me to buy the most expensive windows or to make decisions quickly by offering fake deals. I did quite a few quotes including with very reputable companies and Matt was way above most of them. He patiently answered all my questions for weeks and gave us advice until we were ready to go.Over the whole course of our business (about 8 months altogether with Covid interruptions), he always offered the best service, accommodated changes and answered again more questions, came back to fix a joint…nothing was never too hard.SCS windows are not the cheapest but they leave up to the expectations: they were installed in July and I look at them everyday thinking that we made the best choice of company / window style / colour…thanks to the great advice and the top quality of the product.Whenever I will need windows again, I will go back to SCS without a doubt – they have a customer for life!
