Avoid at all costs.In this tough time that families have been faced with, no matter how good you are with keeping your property maintained or being well in advance with rent, be prepared to be lied to spoken down to and argued with by their latest property manager Jamie Millar.Initially appearing nice but once the front was seen through it was an absolute nightmare of an experience. This person takes things personally and then tactfully uses her words to manipulate the situation to put you in a bad light.Do not recommend.Owners of duplex investments would be best served by choosing someone like DPN. Lovely people where communication is thorough between all partied involved.
