Great customer service, thank you for my special delivery today as I’m in isolation, really appreciate it. Prices are always comparable if not cheaper too.

I have dealth with this pharmacy for 5 years now. I have 13 year old disabled twins with multiple medical needs including Epilepsy. For this my children need daily epilepsy and antibiotic medication and that attend respite services every month requiring Webster Packs when they attend.I have found the pharmacists to be excellent and they have gone beyond their duty to help me when in emergency or stress situations. I will highly recommend them and will be returning for many years to come.

WON'T be going there EVER AGAIN. Pharmacist insisted on contacting my doctor when presented with my script + I requested multiple repeats to cover me for my overseas trip (doctor had said this would be fine as this wasnt a controlled substance). After finding out my doctor wasnt working that day + couldn't be reached the pharmacist had to give me my prescription anyway. Pharmacist's justification for treating me like a druggie? - scholarly articles claiming 'misuse' of the drug I was after. The lady on the till was lovely + friendly but the pharmacist didnt even look up from his computer as I said goodbye and left. How rude. - I guess he was too busy reading more of his 'articles' to be polite. NOT IMPRESSED.

A nice friendly chemist pharmacy , good service just sometimes take a while to get you medicine in the pharmacy.

I like the guys and the treatment form them that’s why I keep going back and Infact drive out of my way to go there. Love all the selection of things they have there too most times you can’t get in other chemist shops

Dehydrated call for help at 6pm needing Hydralyte. The delivery staff although late took the order and delivery is after they close on the way home. Thank you for going beyond your duty.

Made the mistake of going in just before closing time. Old lady serving made it very clear that she was about to clise. When I told her what I was after she rudely replied well which one!". It was obvously too much trouble so I keft. Won't go back."

Old lady is extremely rude, why working in customer service if she doesn’t like to help people, got to have such a miserable life to get satisfaction from being nasty to random person.

Rude older female pharmacist. She was dismissive and ignored customers until a small crowd built up.
