The apartment we got and the environs are nice. I love the fact you need a security key to access the main building, to also access the elevator area before getting to your apartment. Its quiet and neat. Such a wonderful place to stay with family.

I stayed here on first week of Sep 2019.Location of the apartment is great. There are some restaurants nearby. A grocery store that opens 7 days a week from 7am-9pm.There's a bus stop nearby (a free Yellow CAT to go the city center).There's stove, oven, microwave, water boiler, washer & dryer, iron & Ironing board, hairdryer, which is great plus.A free wifi, but I found the wifi is very weak.The shower area is a bit dark.And the dining chairs in my units need to be replaced, because some of them are falling apart.Overall, I enjoyed staying here.

It's ok. It's offering is location It does not offer complimentary parking That is now $10 a night. Rooms are generally tidy and spacious. A little tied with general wear n tare. Found staff friendly. It's ideal for families and not too hard on the budget so you shouldn't be surprised. I couldn't fault it if you had basic expectations and travelling with a group.

Booked a room with a River view, only river view was picture on a wall. Apartment was clean though. Very bad smell on entry to building. Not what you see advertised. Could pay same amount for better accommodation.

Was only in Perth for 1 night and just needed something relatively close to everything at a reasonable price. On that note, the hotel did well.As far as everything else. The hotel is quite old. Decked out with 80's furniture & nothing really too modern.My biggest concern was the check in process - Got a text on the day that if we were going to arrive after 12:30pm (before the actual check in time of 2pm) we would have to send a text message or email with our license and credit card. This cannot be safe. But what choice do you have by that point.Sent it and received a code the lockbox where i found our key along with every other room booked that days key. Again, that cannot be safe.All in all it did the job for a reasonable price. Got a good nights sleep.Parking is available - $10 if you book direct through them & $22 if you do not book through them - But just pay the extra because there rate is usually a lot more than other booking websites

Well appointed apartment, but couldn't open the bedroom window, and living room screen door couldn't be secured, so fresh air was an issue at night. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer included. Although there was an elevator to the floor, there was another six steep steps before we got to the room, which was annoying with luggage. Reception only open til midday on weekends, which makes weekend check-ins challenging. Well stocked IGA just across the street with everything you need for a self sufficient stay.

I stayed here from 12 -17 March 2016. It was a very pleasant experience. The apartment is spacious with 2 rooms, a complete kitchen and laundry room. So near to the airport, so close to the public CAT bus stand, easy to access. The staff is very helpful, they even arranged transport for me and my family to the airport at 3.30 a.m. But I think they should come to our room and at least clean our bathroom once during our 5 days stay there. But overall, thank you Regal for the awesome service and worth my money.

Unfortunately in an age where you can stay in an air bnb (which we should have) this was a big disappointment.Negatives:-Very very dated and photos look much better. When you walk into your room it has a weird dark negative feel.Smelly and very basic, the fly screen was broken so fell of when opening into the balcony.The catering facilities like the pot (yes you get a pot and a pan) where so old they should just be thrown out.You pay extra for parkingPositivesStaff and friendly
