These guys are great and know their stuff. I had them upgrade my old alarm with a new Bosch system and had it all hooked up and configured quickly and efficiently. I am so happy with the results!! It works perfectly and even has an app. It wasn't expensive either. Serious technology jump. They can remotely adjust settings for me.

Matison installed a 32 CCTV System for our Building over 8 levels: Best thing we ever did. The benefits have long outweighed the initial investment. Punctual, professional and cost effective.We are able to trace every activity in public areas to enforce the OC rules and assist Police and residents when things happen. Police have caught numerous perpetrators thanks to our footage. Well positioned, function perfectly and resolution images recorded. Able to get good facial recognition and track persons back to apartment and all activities in public areas, enabling charge back for damages caused .

Richard and his assistant technician turned up on time and immediately set to find the cause of the non functioning alarm system. Evidence of rodent droppings on the circuit board confirmed the worst!New motherboard and backup battery was installed and the alarm system was configured in under an hour.We can now go out with confidence knowing that the premise is secure.Many thanks.

Had Richard and his team replaced my existing alarm with a Bosch Solution 6000 system back in 2014 without any issues. But it was time for some hardware and firmware update due to 2G GSM being phased out.Again, Richard and his team were very prompt in their communication as well as their service. They were professional but friendly and courteous.I would not hesitate to use them again should any issue arise.
