Not only is their opening time advertised as 7:30 online but it is plastered all over the shopfront. Was waiting outside at 8am with no soul in sight. False advertising, time wasting, liars.

Waited over 15 minutes near the front counter while staff didn't even as much acknowledge us to say hello. Left, after wanting to buy a $500 pendant light. We'll purchase it elsewhere.

One of the biggest and nicely organised Beacon I have been to. Very wide range of products including all novelties. What amazed me the most though was the friendliness of the team, particularly the young man who advised us (sorry I forgot his name, he told us he has been working there for many years). I came in with a very odd request and he has gone above and beyond to help. THIS is customer service.

Excellent service, walked in, got help straight away, and got a good price on some antique brass fans, even loaded them into the boot of my car for me. Keep up the great work, Beacon Rutherford!
