No sales experience. No knowledge of the industry, business template or by the matter how to really speak to people without turning into a heated mess. Owner of this fine establishment is Dan Cross, cant really say he was my boss when he was MORE of a mentor and a good friend. Every single person I got along with and never had an issue with anything in the business and if I did, it would get resolved on the spot. This is a place of money, travel, growth, great experince but more importantly self development and life lessons that come for free! If you are starting at Crossfire...bring a notepad because its gonna be JUICY!

Predatory, manipulative, vile, greedy and soulless. Pretty much exactly what you would expect from a sales company. Feel free to work for these people, but don’t think you’ll be a good person when you leave. One more day there and I’d have shot myself.

Never had any real sales experience. Dan Cross the owner puts in the time to train everyone. He doesn't only teach sales but has taught me how to be a better me. Definitely someone who I rate as a great boss, great family man and all round great bloke. The Crossfire office is full of fun, happy and great people. Awesome job if you love travel. One day Dan will write a book and you should all read it.
