When my car developed an engine fault in Ballarat I tried every auto electrician I could find and finally got on to Ryan. What a pleasure it was to deal with him. He was willing to check the car out despite a fully booked diary and offered suggestions on other options that might get me going sooner. Great customer service.

Ryan and the team at Ballarat auto electrical have gone above and beyond in their service, Ryan himself come out to site and diagnosed my cars problem, as it turned out it was a missed diagnosis by another machanic, and my car needed a new alternator. Ryan was able to order and fit the part in the same day, and at a reasonable price aswell. I can't thank him enough. I will be highly recommending Ryan and the team at ballarat auto electrical to everyone! thanks again.

Great experience!Ryan installed a dual battery set up in our Ford Ranger before we hit the road and travel Aus.The quote for the job came in very reasonable and the end result looks and works amazing. We are very impressed.We will be telling everyone we know to come here!

Nans car wasn’t starting properly, Ryan insisted on coming out and having a look that afternoon. After working out the problem, he ordered the part at a great price and had nan bring the car in once it arrived… even offered her a cup of tea while she waited. Wouldn’t go elsewhere!
