I had my first massage here and the lady was accommodating to the relaxing gentle pressure around my painful areas of my back and neck, it really is nice to have someone who is considerate and also pleasant as your therapist. The environment was amazing and it is a tranquil space. I had the foot bath and exfoliant, back exfoliant and whole body massage, the smells of the products were divine. Thank you

Very bad service. Be warned on buying gift vouchers to them. Came two weeks ago to claim a voucher and was told that I needed to pay extra $30 to get the massage package that I already paid for since last year. The manager was very rude and argued that price has gone up this year so I need to pay the price that it is advertised now. I asked a copy of their written policy where it is indicated but they couldn’t provide one and the manager was so persistent and continued to argue rudely with us. They lost us with their poor communication and bad dealing with customers. It was supposed to be a relaxing day but turned out to be one of the most stressful day arguing with their manager. will never go back and will never recommend to anyone.

It was clean and spotless. Very private you can't see services done. It had so many things to choose. It was pricey but like worth it. Plenty of disabled parking and access to it. Toilets close too

Highly recommend. I had a remedial massage and express facial. During the remedial massage the therapist worked found knots i didnt know existed prior - i feel so much better. The facial was lovely. This was a birthday gift and the team went out of their way to make me feel special with a slice of cake from the cheesecake shop. Thank you very much - we will be back!

Would highly recommend getting a massage here!!! They were quick to answer the phone and accommodate for my friend and me. The massage beds were heated and they used heating oil: I’ve never had this in the many massages I have had done. All the staff were so lovely and would definitely go back again!

Fantastic, professional experiences, fixed my back and leg pains. The 45 minutes were well worth its $40 price tag.
