Tech1 TV & Appliance Repair Centre Nowra

I recently visited the Nowra store. I am disappointed by the treatment I received by the only female staff member working there. I stood out the front in 40degree heat with my sound bar waiting according to the signs. After 15minutes I called the Warilla branch for assistance who confirmed she was most likely on the phone. Abruptly the door opened which came with it a mountain of aggressive and abusive behaviour from the female staff member. She was argumentative and impolite. The sign out the front reads “We will not tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour”, this policy should work both ways. I refused to give her any of my money. I will never be back. Read the previous reviews, they all read to the similar tune and their responses are argumentative back also.

Had a LG stick vacuum repaired here,when my partner went to collect on the day they said it was ready to collect she was told it actually wasn’t in the warehouse the lady serving her said she “just marked it off without checking, because I didn’t want to move from the heater”.So the staff member had to call around to actually find out where the vacuum was, asked my partner to come back tomorrow and pick it up. After being told we would have to return the following day to pick it up I myself came in a few days later to pick it up, took it home and my partner told me there was a vacuum carpet head missing. When she contacted tech one to ask if it had been lost or missed placed the male on the phone was quick to blame Harvey Norman was rude and practically made out it was not his problem.Unorganised and lazy staff not only did we get told it was ready for collect when it wasn’t even at the warehouse but our head has been lost in the process and we are now having to wait for a new one NOT from tech 1.only thanks to a young lady at Harvey Norman for being helpful.She was also spoken to rudely by the staff at tech 1 when trying to find out what happened to our vacuum head

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff member rude and aggressive. Unhelpful. Refused to even look at our TV for our insurance claim. Told us to go back to Samsung even though they are supposedly a repairer for Samsung. Don't both even going to them they won't help at all.

While sending them a warranty job for Samsung, they took 3 weeks to 1 month to repair it also replacing every single item inside of the monitor. If this is due to lack of testing equipment to test the boards then this is just adding extra cost on Samsung which will eventually bring up the prices of monitors & repairs. What's I got my monitor back it had a crack in the bottom left-hand side of the screen and the back had not been put on properly so the menu buttons would not work correctly. Since they send everything of there's up to Wollongong from Nowra I would advise sending your stuff to Sydney to get repaired. This company has caused me nothing but troubles R&R only in it to make hi return warranty job line their pockets when they do not have the experience to repair that brands monitor or any training

Absolutely useless.Took an appliance in to be fixed, they did Absolutely nothing to it, but said they'd fixed it, and I got it back with a new dent. I then took it to place of purchase, told them what had happened,They ended up just replacing it and apologised for even suggesting to take it to them.Wont ever waste my time with them again.

Phoned the Nowra store with no answer, left message with no response. Attended store and waited outside whilst the only staff member attended to someone else which took some time. I had a 70 inch TV in the car and was told I couldn’t use their trolley because it wasn’t allowed over sliding door frame to the shop. The lady couldn’t assist because she couldn’t lift more than 2.5gs as she had a bing shoulder. Was told I could pay $120 to get it picked up from home or drive to Warilla where the technicians are! Extremely poor customer service like I was an interruption. Will never be back.

Tracey in nowra was outstanding with customer service support I could not fault the service I didn’t know anything about the warranty or appliance that i needed and i was informed of my options and how they worked and what i needed to suit my family
