The Custom Sofa Centre Crossroads

We got our recliner we love them. Very happy with the service and delivery was a breeze. Will definitely buy from them again when I need to next.

Recently got my 3 seater leather sofa delivered. Customer service in store was good, but they are not reachable in phone. After several failed attempt to contact them regarding delivery in their landline number, I came to know they’re contactable via email only. I was told delivery will take 10-12 weeks when I placed order but got delivered after 15 weeks. The quality of sofa looks inferior compared to one they have on display in store. Thickness of the foam used in seater is thinner compared to one in display and leather is wrinkled in few places which doesn’t make it look a brand new one. I will definitely expect a better product for the amount I paid for this sofa.

quality furniture, reasonably priced, in store sales staff friendly and helpful.BUTgood luck getting any after sales service from the customer service department. Cancelling an order is impossible,changed our mind 20 mins after paying a deposit staff member in store agreed to it, but asked us to contact CS.did what was asked to get told by CS no refunds. absolute joke.asked to speak to a manager - 2 days later still waiting!!Meanwhile received an email stating our order is in production, 2 days after asking for it to be cancelled.Now risking a $3k loss.. no help at all from this company.Be warned!

The sales person was very helpful and answered all the questions professionally and in a friendly manner.I thought that the prices will be very expensive however they are in the same line as the ones from other stores.
