Fabulous customer service from Jeff today while purchasing a single bed mattress. There was no pressure to spend more that what I wanted. Jeff listened to what I was wanting and within 10 minutes had purchased, Price included mattress, delivery and removal of old mattress. Highly recommended. Thank you

Amazing customer service received from Furniture City! My ten year old couch recently had a cable break in the recliner and they came out and fixed it, along with another issue at no cost, despite it being well out of warranty. I would definitely buy from them again knowing they are willing to offer that extra service when needed. Thank you!

I ordered a couch late last year, knowing I would not receive it until mid - late January due to it being ordered over the Xmas/New Year period.Towards the end of February when it still hadnt arrived I was offered a refund of which I accepted, of which I still have not received..Now over a month has passed since this was supposed to happen, I have made numerous phone calls being fobbed off and getting no where!Take your money elsewhere and don't waste your time dealing with these people!!!

Ordered some stools in September...3 months down the track......still haven't got them. Salesman never followed up with phone calls or emails. No customer service at all. Asked for a refund and cancelled the order. Very disappinting experience.

Security guard at your store (Eagle security) thought it would be appropriate to threaten me for parking in your car park for less then 10 minutes because my car over heated, i have shopped with you before in the past and never again. What a joke, no wonder your store is constantly empty.

Furniture City, Launceston Invermay Road - Up until they took our money, service and friendliness has been good, however, this has been fully overshadowed by lies. Having explained that a quick delivery was important to us, we were told that the store receives a delivery every month. They had just received a container in and so delivery would be 3 to 4 weeks as they don't wait for the container to be full before shipping it from Vic. We are now into the 6th week of waiting for Australian made items, and were told today the furniture is still at their depot in Vic. Clearly they do wait for the container to be filled before shipping. The usual Covid excuses are given which no longer washes with me- the borders have been open since January! I'm so fed up of companies taking the full cost of items and holding funds for 6 weeks or more - we could be earning interest on that money. I specifically didn't go to Harvey Norman and get the suite I really wanted because they wait for a full container. I'll be shopping 2nd hand in future - I've had a gut full! If you are in a hurry for your items and they are not in the showroom, don't buy from these guys!

The staff at furniture city Cooee store,would have to be the rudest,disrespectful people, I have ever come across, I ordered the chair on 20th of November for my elderly mother, I'm still waiting at the get it today,is the 21st of December, I was promised that it would be delivered within 7 to 10 days, now after about five or six phone calls they tell me that the chair has been discontinued, but they're not trying to help me with something else to fit our needs,all it is people passing the buck, would I recommend furniture city, no I would not, it would be the last store I would recommend to anyone .To post this I have to put in one star, but the store is not even worth it.
