Outstanding experience! I am beyond impressed with the exceptional customer service delivered by James. He patiently addressed every single one of my inquiries over the phone, ensuring I felt fully informed and satisfied. Moreover, the delivery service was prompt and efficient, surpassing my expectations. Despite placing my order on a Sunday, I received it promptly on Thursday, even though I am located in QLD. The price I paid was incredibly reasonable, considering the remarkable quality of the product. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment and urge everyone to take advantage of their offerings. I couldn't be more content with my purchase.

Outstanding Service! I could not possibly speak too highly of the people at Make My PC.It was most refreshing to have a polite, courteous and friendly young man answer the phone on a Sunday. I explained I was a CAD Draftsman setting up a home office and transitioning from AutoCad to ArchiCad, knew nothing of computers but wanted to get the very best possible from the programs I’d be using. Conroy could not have been more helpful. His advice was 100% right and spot on accurate (as I soon discovered).I had a quote within minutes of hanging up the phone. I placed the order on Monday morning and had the machine delivered on Tuesday afternoon. By the following day Conroy had set up all my peripherals, installed all my programs,… everything that I would have struggled with and all with a smile and good humour. Nothing was a problem and the sky seemed the limit.In conclusion MMPC built me a Custom Powerhouse, second to none at a fraction of what I was looking to pay for an off the shelf item. Add to that the very best customer service and support I’ve ever experienced in any field and I feel this review does not do the people at MMPC sufficient justice.

So impressed, I ordered my computer on Monday, it arrived on Thursday to a regional area. When I had a slight problem setting up (my fault!) I phoned Make My PC and they got me on track very quickly. I highly recommend Make My PC and would definitely use them again!

Needed someone to put my PC parts together and Make My PC provided AMAZING service! cable management was exceptional and they ensured everything was running how it should be and the build looks phenomenal! Would 100% recommend their service.

Highly recommended. I Recently got a new PC, I was a little bit worried about doing the custom made thing as I don't know much about computer stuff. I'm thrilled with what I've got, and I saved so much money doing it this way.I wanted certain 'stuff', but didn't need other 'stuff' as I do a lot of video editing, but not gaming etc. They were WAY cheaper than other builders, and WAY more options than getting the 'leftovers' from JB Hi Fi, or officeworks which are just so boringly generic.It was easy to choose one of three options: Pc Packages, Pro Desktop PC builder (I picked that) or Gaming PC builder. Then go through each set of elements, and choose of each element you want, through all the specs. Best, and I couldn't believe it, they delivered it to me in 2 days. It's perfect. AND James, the owner is online for questions (and believe me I asked plenty of questions) on his chat, immediately. The service is unbelievable, and I think I saved about $1500. Wonderful product, absolutely no problems at all and great service.
