Working a full time job and spending some serious time in the gym and on the dirt bike requires some quality food, and Nissan is the best at writing a meal plan which is super easy to follow and so delicious! I Recommend Nissan to anyone that’s looking for more energy in the day!

Nissan and Craig are amazing trainers. Their team training classes are tailored each week to be both interesting and challenging to all levels of fitness. A year of PT and nutrition training with Nissan got me in perfect shape to win two silver medals in international competition and her yoga classes are the perfect way to round out a week of training with active recovery.

Second to none! I began training with Nissan earlier this year to help rehab my hips after an injury cycling. Not only has Nissan been able to understand what is needed for my rehabilitation and recovery, but has helped me increase my overall strength and conditioning to make me stronger on the bike than I have ever been. I have never worked with such a professional trainer who sincerely cares about my athletic goals and overall wellbeing. I cant wait to see how much i can improve my Cape to Cape mountain bike time next year after a full year training with her.

I highly recommend Shift fitness. I have never liked any type of exercise and after hearing great things about Nissan i thought i would give it a go. I can finally say i enjoy working out, and i truly believe its because of Nissan. Who knew i would go to a 6am session and enjoy it? She pushes me more and more every week and knows my limits. She truly cares about my journey and i enjoy seeing her smiley face every week. I strongly recommend Shift Fitness!!

Its not often I write reviews but I really had to here.So I've always wanted to do Yoga to be more flexible but at the same time I didn't want to fall asleep in yoga pants doing it, so I went in and had a one on one sessions with Nissan. I explained to her what my goal was.It was challenging, Nissan pushed me which is what I wanted.If you have issues with injury or you are feeling stiff , you should definitely try and do a yoga/stretch sessions with Nissan.Its so much more effective than massages or chiro sessions. Yes you will work for it but its fare more rewarding.For anyone looking for a clean and professionally run fitness studio, Look no further. Its really hard to find places like this these days.Keep up the good work guys.
