Look I can't fault Laura ability in her work she was outstanding at her job .and helped me move forward in for work .I have gone through other agencies in the past and I was not happy. her services that she offered was outstanding.and the follow up from her end was great .great work ethic shame their ain't to many people like Laura around.I would recommend her and apm anytime for support and guidance

What a bunch of non helpful people. The lady who was assigned to me did nothing to assist me with my mental health issues and just wanted to put me in to a course that would never help me, in a field of employment I could never work in. If you have this issue, get Centrelink to change providers. My new provider is fantastic and extremely helpful.

My experience with APM has been FANTASTIC! The case manager I am assigned to, Gary, has been incredibly supportive and flexible both in terms of the nature of my disability and the nature of the emergency services organisation I am involved with on a part time and voluntary basis. I’m really happy to have chosen APM as my employment service.

Laura has been an amazing case worker for me she has been so supportive and has helped me though so much. She's always been there when im stressed or struggling and has never failed to help me. She is empathetic and kind as well as very professional. Honestly so glad I have her as a case worker she has helped me build confidence as well as helped me to progress in my future path.

Got told i had to sign this sheet to do a compulsory" course so i read it and it was voluntary. When I said it was voluntary and not compulsory she said "well I'll up your job searches to 20 instead of 5" the absolute gronk I wish something could be done about this"
