Girls here are absolutely amazing, such great attention to detail and extremely friendly and well educated in regards to their services they offer. I inquired about some skin and laser sessions, booked in for a consult and the therapists who greeted me and performed my consultation were so lovely and answered all my questions and put my nerves at ease. i would highly recommend this clinic above the rest. will be a regular client for sure!

I love getting my laser and facial treatments done here. The Beauty therapists here at Watergardens are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They are very results driven and give the greatest customer service. My skin looks so much better. I highly recommend!

I bought two sessions of pigmentation removal. I was told I was required to buy products for precare $99 before having the treatment.I did the first treatment it seemed to be ok nothing was said and then on the second treatment was told it wouldn’t work on my skin and no point in doing it and to use credit for second session on another treatment.I was annoyed and couldn’t understand why I wasn’t told at the start.I spoke to the manager today and when I asked if the first session can also be put towards another treatment I was told no I can’t do that. Not what you call good customer service, very disappointing!!
