Immigration Discovery Centre

What many may not be aware of is that within the Immigration Museum is an Immigration Discovery Centre. The Centre has a unique reference library and computer terminals with access to its collections and web resources. It's open each day from 10am to 4:30pm and there's research assistance available from Wednesday to Saturday to help you with your family and migration history research and general research projects. You can also contact the Centre to ask questions online! It's the perfect place for learning about family history and exploring Australia’s migration history. It's a modern and pleasant setup and even has a small area set up for young kids to enjoy. The service is free! I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
