I love taking my car to Blue Ribbon. I love everything from the services to staff. Beautiful people who care.

We have a 2008 Honda Accord and after our 250,000 K Service they compiled a list of minor faults and costs for each repairs. Now I was happy except they refused to replace my Wiper blades which were replaced in Nov. Last year! But immediately being a Age Pensioner, Dion who is their Service Boss said no problem! Why, they treat everyone with Respect and Dignity. How good is that?

It took over 6 weeks to get an answer to my problem. I was originally told 2-3 working days for an answer. If I hadn't followed up I would never have got any reply at all , it would have been forgotten about. When it came time to do the job, estimated time 2hrs , actual time 5-51/2 hrs. Overall a very poor experience.

I bought my 2021 Honda civic here. Penny looked after me and the buying process was super easy. I have gotten my car serviced at other dealerships and no one has looked after me like what blue ribbon Honda has. Each time they have been able to give me a great loan car, great pricing and all the help I have needed throughout my customer journey. Very happy to come here, cant recommend enough

Sales staff have very poor product knowledge about the vehicles and failed to advise of issues. Issues were resolved by finding and purchasing after market add-ons at my own expense.The service department is disastrous and nobody here really seems to know what is going on with ordering parts.I have currently been waiting an hour and a half for what was meant to be a 45 minute service.Save yourself the heartache and just go elsewhere.

Really disappointed with the customer service we were provided when taking our Triton we recently purchased back due to concerns. No level of care provided from the service manager. Left now having to fork costs out for issues we are not responsible for.

I had owned my last car for 18 years & it was time to get a new one. I opted for a secondhand car due to needing a replacement ASAP. I had been to another car yard in ipswich & was given terrible service. I walked into Blue Ribbon knowing exactly which car I wanted to test drive & I was greated by Clayton. Clayton showed interest straight away as to why I was wanting to take this specific car for a test drive. He was polite & full of so much knowledge. I personally ended up buying this car due to Clayton’s amazing sales technique. I work in retail, so I know what sales people should be like. Thank you for making this purchase pleasant. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a new car, whether it be secondhand or brand new to go in & ask for Clayton as you will be 100% happy with his customer service.
