Had a workers compensation claim dealt with Christine Schokman she did managed to obtain and out-of-court settlement, but I have had some follow-up questions after it was all finalised and have been completely ignored! maybe because there's no money in it for them any more just to answer a simple email very unprofessional if you ask me.

Trevor McKenna Family Law Lawyer is a gun, got the result I wanted twice re financial settlements a few years ago. Poor experience recently with other lawyers at this firm, wanted $1250 upfront to even look at whether I have a case quoted at $1k in the first place. Money grubbing seems more important than customer service. Engaged another firm.

Engaged on an estate matter. Sent through all the relevant CORRECT dates prior. Looked up and read the relevant legislation. On first face to face meeting after documents exchanged and numerous back and forth incorrect advice was given based on a completely incorrect date. Luckily I was able to point out the error early because I had read the legislation. I would give more stars if it was not a law firm, really not good enough when you are paying a lot for attention to detail.Matter was resolved positively but hard to have full confidence when such little attention was paid in the beginning.

I have dealt with this law firm a few times over the past years and they have never disappointed me with their service. All the staff I have dealt with over this time have been very professional, approachable and have delivered accurate sound advice. My partner and I have utilised their services for conveyancing, contract drafting and advice on estate administration and they have been incredibly helpful and their fees have been more than reasonable.If you are in need of a law firm to deal with your legal issues, in my experience, this is definitely the place to go.
