I have been living with anxiety, high blood pressure and cholesterol for a while. But it wasn't until I developed stomach problems and fatigue that I decided I needed to make a change. I was referred to Heather by my girlfriend. Heather explained a lot of things to me about what was going on with my health, which opened my eyes to the way I had been eating and living. I have stuck to Heather's diet and advice for 8 weeks now and I feel amazing! No stomach issues, blood pressure and cholesterol has dropped.
