They're currently doing skin consults, got a really thorough consult with product recommendations to suit my desire to be low maintenance. Very friendly and attentive customer service from Jess. Store looks lovely right now with a massive range.

I would like to give a huge praise to Chelsea from The Body Shop Shellharbour store! I had such a good experience in there today! I went in there looking to change up my skin care routine and she was definitely the person for the job. She had extensive knowledge on the Seaweed and Tea Tree products including what they're used for, how to use them, and outcomes. I work in retail myself and never have I been so impressed with someone. She was incredibly genuine and more than happy to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend and very happy!

Unless like any The Body Shop this is just a store, people working here doesn’t know anything except billing why not leave this store as coles self service kiosk. Customers come and get what they want and pay at self checkout system. No recommendations no knowledge what they have in store and stock moreover don’t even have an idea what’s in there store, having just the products doesn’t improve your sales and business when customers couldn’t find the products need help with what it does, checks for availability, staff should be there to help customers, but these people are insane no idea at all what was happening just stand at the counter waiting for customer to come and pay, on top of it 3 people are at the counter what for they are standing I think only to get paid I guess. this is what happened to us yesterday 18/03/23. Well done Body Shop. Good luck with your products and business.

The best shop ever …. The staff are very helpful and really guide you to get the right thing . The shop is attracting and there’s diverse products for everyone. I was pleased to find products that suit my skin …thank you ! I’ll definitely be a regular .

Really friendly, helpful staff.Recommended a great product for me and they are not too expensive. I believe in this shop you get what you pay for.I like that the staff are not too intrusive and hound you for a sale, but they let you know they are there to help. I lile the balance they have with their customer service.
