Awesome service. Went in because my Rav4 front brakes were scratchy and squeaky.I told them the Toyota dealer at the last service said they were ok but I just wasn’t happy with noise they were making. The guys at mycar Nelson Bay sorted out the problem straight away and no more noise. Great and efficient service.Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will now be taking my car here for servicing

The young men Who work here are terrific! I suffered a flat tyre at Gan Gan lookout and managed to change it myself, but then needed a repair. I rang Mycar Tyre and Auto and was told to bring it straight in. They fixed the tyre swapped out the spare and re-tidied my boot. Kind, respectful and helpful guys. An absolute credit to your business and Nelson Bay.

We'd just enjoyed a lovely day at the beach, only to find the driver's side door wouldn't latch to close (of course at nearly 5pm on a Friday). Sam was so helpful and professional, he took a look at it and was able to fix it for us straight away. A huge relief as we had to drive home the next morning! Appreciate the amazing customer service, highly recommended! Thanks Sam and team!

I got a puncture and put the brand new spare on the drive. Purchased one tyre to replace and they happily rotated wheels and put new tyres on the steer. Great service.

After finishing work it was raining & I noticed one windscreen wiper was broken. I was worried about being able to get it fixed as it was close of business time, but thankfully Nick was more than happy to fix it. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.

We discovered an air leak in a tyre the morning we were checking out & due to be driving down south. At short notice, Peter & his team had us all sorted before check out time, so we could be safely back on the road. Fantastic service which we really appreciated, knowing how busy they were.
