Banksia Grove Family Practice

Very friendly reception staff.Dr.Bhavna Mirpuri is a really genuine Doctor. She helped me and my 5 years boy with our sickness,her thoughtful concern in regard to my health and providing me with excellent medical and physical care. I am most grateful for her kindness.

This particular doctor surgery refuses to see you if you haven’t booked to see your doctor within the last 12 months, so for being healthy, not getting ill and putting more pressure on the system you get kicked out and told to find a new doctor which is beyond a joke. Then they start on continuity with your doctor to which you explain you haven’t been to A Doctor because you haven’t been unwell until now, but most importantly the way they speak to you is subhuman, especially for a place people go when they are in need a little compassion wouldn’t go astray. We understand it’s a pandemic and your position maybe hard but that doesn’t mean you get to treat everyone that calls as if they are the problem, in a rude tone and demand you know more than every soul on the planet, have some respect. You have no idea what people are going through (because you won’t let them see a doctor) so how dare you be so disgustingly rude.

One of the receptionist is probably the rudest person I have ever met. I dunno how they hired her tbh. This job is all about customer service. No smiles no greetings won’t even let me finish my whole sentence. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again.

This place will literally refuse to see you if you are sick. My son is 15 months old and every time he gets sick or has a rash or anything we try to book an appointment and the only appointments available are Telehealth. Which is obviously ridiculous when you want to get your child physically seen by a health professional.Just got off the phone with reception (who are always unbelievably rude) because my son has a fever and a blocked nose and they flat-out refused to see him. He had a negative PCR test but still they refuse to see him face to face because “he could be a risk to other sick patients”. So the only people who are allowed into the doctors surgery are people who are completely healthy??I obviously don’t want to get anyone else sick but it’s a GP clinic. Have they never had to deal with a sick person before?To clarify: they will book a Telehealth appt with you and you have to wait in the car in the parking lot in the hope that they will agree to see you. It is insane.

Never had any issues with Banksia Grove Family Practice. Always great service from the reception staff (specificcally Laura) who does everything possible to fit you into the drs schedules when needed. Great online booking system but reception are always willing to help and get you into an appointment when online bookings are not readily available. Nothing but fantastic service from Laura at reception, who has always made space for urgent appointments when online booking are unavailable.

Website states they offer a specific service.. go to book an appointment and turns out the doctor only sees “current” patients. Now I understand why women neglect their health because doctors literally don’t care.

I have had wonderful service here from the doctors, reception staff and the lovely nurse. I have been seeing this practice for years and have been treated in such a kind, caring and respectful manner by all the current staff. Thankyou for always being there for my family and I.

Dr Gupta is very professional, compassionate and kind . The staffs are very friendly and accomodating.

I used to love this surgery but unfortunately with the fees going up just to get a script etc I have to now miss seeing the doctor as I can’t afford it
