As soon as these guys arrived at our house they created issues and there was problems. The glass is installed but the framing is scratched and the doors don't even shut properly. They didn't even clean the glass when they had finished installing. Some of the glass is still dirty as its very high up. The frame was dirty and it just seems like they dont really care about the finished product. I would not recommend using these guys if you are replacing windows. i would only use them if you are doing a new build and there is nothing in the space. I have attempted to reach out to the owner on several occasions to fix our issues and have had zero reply. It just seems like every trade person at the moment doesnt care about the end product.

called out on Australia Day to replace a shattered glass sliding door. Very bad work. There is a gap in the glass and the frame at the top. they charged $3,250.00 because of Australia Day. They have now blocked my number and my husbands number and I cant get ahold of them .Raymond has offered to come and see the job but has not turned up and is now uncontactable.Very dissapointed in this company as they insisted on payment striaght away and now I am left with a dangerous panr of glass unless I pay for someoneelse to fix their shoddy workmanship.

They did the work outside and broke a glass, after they left I discovered they had left scratches on our newly painted front fence and glass all over our driveway. When I rang to inform them, they said they would come back and fix but then never showed up and ignored my calls/messages.

Very quick response from this company. Jay did a wonderful job at replacing a the broken glass in a window. Would recommend.

We used CCG&A during the rebuild of our house in 2015. Our builder installed several of their sliding glass doors in our property. Now 8 year in, we are still very happy with the quality and longevity of their product. Recently I had an issue with some minor settling in the house that caused one of the larger sliding doors to jamb.Clint from CCG&A, was very responsive and sent a team round to look at the issue. They quickly and professionally made onsite adjustments to the door and solved the issue. Very happy with their products and their after sales service.
