Terrible experience at McCafe. We ordered two coffees and when we received our order we immediately noticed that the cups were half full. We brought this up with the lady who served us (Angelina) and she gave us the looks and continued to serve other customers. After having waited for a while, we asked her if she was going to address the issue and she almost threw the cups at us. Very arrogant and unprofessional service. Angelina also did not wear uniform and was rude to other customers who were waiting in line and complaining about her service.

Potato scallops were gross but the nuggets are usually hot and fresh here. The younger staff however are very immature and need some training on how to deal with angry customers.

I've always had a great experience ordering from McDonalds in this branch. Their burgers are consistently delicious, and their customer service is top-notch. Highly recommended.

Incredibly Positive Experience with a Wonderful Team!I had the pleasure of working at here for a short period, and despite the brevity, it was an amazing experience that I'd like to share.The entire staff displayed an exceptional level of kindness, patience, and positivity, which made my time there truly enjoyable. I genuinely felt supported and appreciated as a member of the team.One aspect that stood out to me was the team's willingness to provide ample learning opportunities. Worst Mcdonalds in Australia! Hands Down. I live close to the place so I go there often and have been going weekly for the past two years. This place never gives you a full drink and fries. Its pointless ordering Large - Just order medium and you will get the same amount of drink and fries!!! Trust me. I have learnt after many experiences. Then when you ask for more they act like you did something wrong. Unfortunately its close by so I go there often. BUT its trash! TRUST!

Good location along the mainroad. There's Opporto before McDonalds, then KFC and Coles Express at Shell. So there're a few different options to cater for everyone in the car! On many occasions during Friday evenings, we had to wait at the waiting area for the food to be delivered although we had pre-ordered via the app, which is a bit disappointed as the speed of service needs improvement.

I walked in at about 7:30 PM to grab a coffee, a young man named Jordan broke into a dance in the middle of calculating my order; he then started singing 'I'm still standing' with such passion that tears streamed from his eyes. The coffee was so delicious with the taste of the eye salt all for the price of 3.50, overall great performance and taste.

I don’t eat onions because my body doesn’t process them. I ask for no onions. I always do. Last year or so I noticed these guys will grab a burger that’s already made, scrape the onions off and re-grill so it’s hot. Normally when they do this, I don’t mindToday though, I start to drive out but decide to check it first. I always smell it as I instantly know whether there’s onions or not. So I open it, and sure enough there’s onions. I reverse back and I say there’s onions. She says there’s no onions. I say smell it, she smells it and starts to try to lie her way out of it. So I say well then open it and it see for yourself. She does and confirms there’s onions on it and says they didn’t scrape it all off. She offers to make me a new one but honestly I don’t trust that these little employees will not do something offensive due to the way they laughed when they handed me the burger originally and the fact that the outside of the wrapper was greasy and covered with sauce.We get this is not your dream job and you’re just doing it for money but seriously, have some respect and common decency. Disgusting
