I had my carpets cleaned by Peter who was very professional and friendly. I hadn't cleaned my carpets for many years but the results were amazing. Peter went over and above to provide his professional advise moving forward. I felt his time and advised wasn't rushed. He was happy to share the do's and don'ts and he didn't candy coat anything. When my carpets dryed the next day, there were 2 patches that I had concerns with so I phoned Peter and came out the next day and treated them individually and it worked. I will definitely go with Peter and Red Rose Carpet Cleaning again in the future . I am so lucky also to find someone so locally to me that not only is convenient but also provides results that I was looking for. Thanks Peter for going over and above for me. This is the second time I have used Peter and I am 100% happy. He is professional and friendly and really cares about doing a good job. He may not be as cheap as some franchise carpet cleaners but I wouldn't trust my expensive carpets to anyone else. He provides a flexible service and communicates well.

They just cleaned my 24 yo wool carpet and I’m amazed at how good it looks, I was going to replace the carpet in a couple of months but I've thrown that plan out now, it looks that good. No more renting the machine from Woolies, from now on I’ll get the carpet done professionally. Job took about 1.5 hours and the two guys were always friendly and respectful and careful as they cleaned, would definitely recommend. Cheers

Peter is professional and highly skilled in carpet cleaning. We were away when a guest left make-up stains. So, we needed to know we could trust the person who would carry out the steam clean and stain removal. Peter was responsive to communication, understood our dilemma and booked us in as soon as possible. On completion sent photos and we knew we'd chosen thee right person for sure. The marks are gone and the carpet feels fresh and new. Highly recommended, no fuss and friendly service.

Peter helped to clean carpet in the apartment before we moved in and discovered the previous steam clean was not well done. The carpet is now very clean. We are very happy and will definitely use his service again.

Peter and I use to clean carpets together when I was in the industry so when I got out I use to use Peter to clean my carpets because he held the same high standards I did when I was cleaning carpets.Peter looked after my carpets when I lived down at Sydney for a few years so when he told me he was driving past the Gold Coast where I live now I asked if he would be open to dropping by to clean my carpets on his way through as he was driving his work vehicle to the suppliers.Thankfully he said yes.I pre warned him that the carpets in two rooms were pretty bad so please make sure to bring your pre-scrubber with you.When Peter arrived it was good to see him again...
