Love these guys. If you have a proper Cafe style (dual boiler, 58mm portafilter, water jacket group head) or commercial set up these guys are the go.

Fantastic, we wanted a coffee machine set up for the church, they came when they said they would answered my many, many! Questions nothing was too hard sourced a grinder and the group handles for me. Set it up and showed me how it all worked..brilliant service thanks guys..

These guys are awesome at what they do. They don't muck around and get the job done! We were skeptical finding a repairman and was worried but when we spoke to them on the phone the first time they really gave great advice! So glad and blessed these guys repaired our machine. I have used this company for 3 years now to service my machine and grinder at home. They are knowledgable, friendly, very good at what they do.On the most recent visit, the engineer accidentally scratched a chrome tap on my Rocket R58, but was very up-front about it. He told me, and offered to replace it free-of-charge. I appreciate this honesty.Look no further, these are the guys for you :)

A serviceman attended my house, got water and coffee all over my kitchen, said he thought my machine needed major repairs and he would prepare a quote. I then received (and paid) a $148 invoice (I’m not quite sure what for) and a month later after countless calls, text messages and emails (including with the business owner) I still don’t have a quote or even a proper diagnoses of what’s wrong with my machine. I’m down $148 and my coffee machine is not functioning properly. So I’m not quite sure what I paid for…
