Bitterly disappointed! Purchased 2 wake racks in matte black, mid November, received 2 polished! I contacted and notified Felix the day they were delivered that it was the wrong order. I have been told three times the return is being sorted and the Matte Black racks would be posted out. 4 weeks later still nothing despite numerous calls, emails and text messages. More disappointed that this is a Christmas gift for my son and polished is not what he wanted! I would expect when you are paying good money for products, you should receive what you order!

I wish Google could give 10 stars because I would give it to these guys! Felix has been incredible and honestly has the best customer service you could ever ask for. He has taken calls from us at some pretty stupid hours asking for help and was more then happy to take our calls to help us. He has gone above and beyond to help us and we appreciate it so much!!! We love our new tower and can't wait for our bimini to arrive! Thank you so much for the great experience!!!
