Powder Laundry

This place is amazing! I am not a seasoned laundromat user so was a bit apprehensive, but this laundry was so easy to use. Full instructions clearly displayed, no need for coins, plenty of large machines big enough to do things you can’t wash at home . The laundry is spotlessly clean and very well lit. A beautiful big TV and free wifi. Plenty of soap powders available in the vending machine. Altogether, a great experience and so close to home. I wish this business every success!

The premises are clean and tidy. The washing machines work well. HOWEVER THE TIME INDICATED LEFT ON CYCLE ESPECIALLY ON no.9 NOT ACCURATE.I'm not just a casual user of Powder in Black Rock. Live in the area for many years.WHAT REALLY HAS PROMPTED MY REVIEW IS THE OVER CHARGING ON MY CREDIT CARD.

Vending machine took several payments from my debit card instead of one, and there is no contact details to request repayment. I will not use this laundromat again, until this is rectified.

My clothes didn't wash in machine 10 they came out with clumps of wet powder and still dirty , there was no ph number too call them so I emailed to let them know along with my ph number eventually I got a email back but they seemed too word it so they didn't have too give a refund back . I don't have money i can waste. We won't be going back

Nice laundromat for a premium! You don't need coins, just pay wave but 5 dollars for 20mins is expensive. Clean with lots of functional spaces. And charging ports for your mobile.

Machine #10 took my first 10:50 then I changed the cycle and it took $11:50. Now I am looking like an idiot and tapped again for a wash to start. I will reserve my judgement and see if I get my $22.00 back and add good customer service" to my review. Good News

Paid twice $8.75 and dryer machine does NOT work. No phone number to contact.Overpriced, waste of time.How do I get a refund?Update, Dryer 7 worked so am here now.Wow.. not more than 15 minutes later, another poor guy walks in and the SAME thing happens to him. Paid twice for dryers 6 and 4, no use from the machine. I advised him to email you guys.Can this situation be fixed so others don’t keep experiencing such terrible service?EDIT following day 2 Dec 21, I was refunded the 2x amounts on the laundry items that didn’t work. Customer service was prompt and very friendly. Please note, if the machine doesn’t work and “charges” you, it will refund your amount. You only need to wait maybe a few hours to a day.I will be back to use :)
