Very helpful staff and a huge range of manchester plus other house utensils. Prices were very good and can recommend for anyone wanting to start out in their new home or replace worn household items. Highly recommend a visit.

Popped in to check out the yarn section as Perth stores have been empty for months. Got a few sale items and enjoyed browsing. Neat store. Friendly staff at the checkout.

This really has turned into an awful customer experience. Ordered early December curtains/blinds whole house. Told installation should be late Jan/Feb, arrived today. Bedroom curtain arrived floral grey heavy curtain, I ordered a white plain sheer. The cord/hook to a roman blind was put in a corner, 1cm away from a wardrobe sliding door under the curtain. Installer suggested I could climb under the blind to secure or release the cord, to lift it up and down. There is a metre of space on the left hand side. An electric blind ordered could not be installed because installer was not an electrician and no plug and remote as ordered, so took it away. Never any mention electrician required. Electric blinds bought elsewhere previously, plugged into a power point. Ordered a white Venetian, got cream. After all that, I was told Spotlight never take down the old blinds. The old verticals were going to be left for me to take down and remove. Installer reluctantly, unscrewed them for me and left them on the floor in each room for me to drag outside. Another curtain supplier I have used in Perth , always remove the old fittings. They also install in 3 weeks at similar prices. After all the phone calls to get to today, I still don't have a curtain/blind in the two rooms I really needed them. As the saying goes.You get what you pay for." Was the cheap price worth this aggravation? No."

I had a person come to do a measure and quote for home home. I asked specifically for blockout blinds for my bedroom as I work nightshift therefore require them to actually block out the light.I am very dissatisfied with my blinds. They are not blocking out the light and the sole reason for me having a consultant come to advise was because this is not my area of expertise.Additionally she did not quote the length of the curtains in the 2nd - 4th bedroom. The photos she showed me were of curtains dropping to floor level (not the level of the bottom part of the window). If asked, I definitely would not have agreed to the drops in length being short. My opinion and personal preference is that if they don’t drop to the floor they look ridiculous, if we had discussed this. I do not believe I would have wanted them short. I signed the made to measure quote which did not quote the length of the curtains. I trusted that she being a consultant would have made a note of the length.I discussed this with her after the installations and states she positive we talked about the length and that I asked for them to be up higher “so that when my children were on the floor playing with toys they wouldn’t damage them”. Rubbish - my children are older teenagers. They do not play on the floor.

Got what I needed easily, but some of the aisles were a little tricky to navigate with a pram due to lots of stock

I had the pleasure of popping into Busselton spotlight on Sunday the 30th of April 2023 and was pleasantly surprised to be served by an adorable and cute young guy, his overall knowledge and helpfulness was a pure delight! I will definitely be back now even if it’s just to see the cutie and his amazing knowledge of the store!!When did you start hiring such gorgeous and helpful boys!? (I remember his name to be Sam.) Thanks spotlight!
