I had a great experience buying my S3 from Audi Five Dock and have enjoyed driving it. However, I have now had a series of bad experiences with the service side of this business. The most recent of these was being quoted an excessive cost for a minor sun-roof repair, including a quote for parts that were not required to fix the issue. The repair was completed by another repairer for minimal cost (they fixed it while repairing something else, the sunroof repair was so minor they did not even list it separately). I would strongly suggest you get a second opinion before accepting quotes from Audi Five Dock.

My car is out of the factory warranty but I still take bring it here. Sure you pay more for the service. For me, the customer care I get from George and the vehicle knowledge from the team, definitely worth it. I would recommend bringing your Audi here, especially if it’s a higher model.

Terrible service despite the high price. When you're given the invoice the service consultant will tell you how they did a great job and fully checked all aspects of the vehicle. My car stopped working two days after getting it back from the service. Turned out to be battery failure, despite the service consultant explicitly saying they checked the battery. But it turns out they didn't, since the battery was never even disconnected as the system menu didn't get disconnected as it usually does. Technicians confirmed it was battery failure and had to replace the battery. The service I did with these guys a year before, they explicitly said they would change the batteries on both keys, and that didn't happen and the keys stopped working and I had to buy and replace myself. Seems like they love to over promise and under deliver. Very disappointed - paying top dollar for a Audi Dealer service doesn't mean anything it seems.

Writing this review on behalf of my mum who was assisted by David to buy her new car recently. She spoke very highly of him and how friendly, diligent and helpful he was.

Very nice and friendly staff. Be aware that the entrance is via Regatta Rd, not the one pointed out by google maps.

If you can take your car to an Audi other than Five Dock I suggest you should.I have gone through 3 weeks of inconvenience and angst for something that could have been simply resolved. There was extremely poor communication, lack of action and frankly just a lack of care.The experience that I had with Audi would make a great comedy...everything that could go wrong did go wrong, with no accountability taken and not one word of an apology by anyone the entire time. I had to continually ring to find out what was going on. At no point was anyone proactive in their approach to tell me what was going on simply provide a courteous update.The icing on the cake was that I was told I could pick up my car early only to be rung later to be told that the original issue that the car was in for hadn't been done...it was scheduled to be done 10 days earlier and for some reason was missed. I tried to get out of the person that was supposedly helping me why it was missed...his default was to evade the issue entirely - no doubt because he dropped the ball (I was rung the day of the scheduled fix by the receptionist who asked where my car was...it was in their workshop and had been for 5 days!).Again, if he told the truth the situation could have been resolved somewhat, but he chose to double down and give me attitude instead of showing a little humility.Im looking forward to the comment from the 'owner' to tell me how sorry they are for my experience. I suggest that you save your time and put your attention into the actual service you provide your customers rather than provide public lip-service that means nothing.

I had a great experience at the Five Dock car service. Usually i book the annual car service at Parramatta service centre but this time i decided to try a new one. I'm glad i made a wise decision. Thanks Arbilina, and your team.
