The team at MotorOne Bankstown were amazing. Were upfront at assessment on time frames and kept me informed on each step of the progress on my car. Pick her up today and the work is Prefect. She looks brand new again and all detailed and cleaned for return.The lady (name withheld) who runs all the front of house was friendly, helpful and very easy to deal with.Would highly recommend.

Repaired my car front damage and work was great. Communication is always up to date and the receptionist Kareena is one of the best. She always kept me updated and of course Panel Beater also has done a great job. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

My insurance company designated MotorOne after another car reversed into mine. MotorOne did a beautiful job - the front bumper and bonnet of the car now look like new. They were also proactive before I brought my car in by sending me a txt link to allow me to upload photos of the damaged parts to do a preliminary assessment, given the long wait time. The receptionist/office manager Kareena was also very lovely and helpful. (Sorry Kareena for having taken so long to write the review.)

Great service. Busy repair shop, it took some time to get the booking but well worth the wait. The lady at the front desk was very helpful.

After my car accident, my insurance company sent me to get it repaired here and I was so happy with the results! Took less than a week and now my car looks better than before! Here are the before and after pics.

Recommend 11 out of 10 service, repair and satisfaction.Have had my cars repaired at other workshops (I drive for a living and have had several accidents, not at fault) and M1 has by far been the best workmanship (I'm pedantic) that I have experienced. 11 out 0f 10 for workmanship and customer satisfaction.Receptionist Karina excellent customer service and communication. Needed my car to be completed pronto as was booked to go overseas for dental surgery and Karina made it all happen smoothly and efficiently.Picked the car up extremely satisfied with workmanship and quality, also the car was cleaned and washed. Many other shops don't clean the interior.M1 went above and beyond in all areas. Highly appreciated and definitely recommend professional outfit. 11 out of 10 up you go, go you good thing.
