Awesome product. Staff are really professional and friendly.I've had my Spitwater 10-120h for 5 years now, it's been faultless. So I decided to have it serviced to keep it going for another 5 years and contacted Spitwater, they sent out technician Craig, he was professional, polite and knows his stuff, he checked and tested all components and only replaced a couple of worn parts which he showed me why they needed to be attended to as the working pressure had dropped to 1650psi. He got my workhorse running at full pressure again 1800psi . Did the service in an hour and a half. And gave me great advice on keeping my machine in top shape. Thanks Craig, see ya next service!

Bought an industrial machine based on their recommendation, only to breakdown 5 months later. Now up to us to deliver to factory at our cost or pay for onsite repair. Check the warranty conditions before you buy!

Best customer service I have experienced all year from Paul running the show and Mike in charge of the service division, both very knowledgeable of their product range. My Jetfire heater had broken down and I urgently needed it for work. Mike put it through as an urgent job and had it fixed and running better than new in less than 24 hours. That was great service, thanks to all the teamservice guys
