Fantastic Furniture

I ordered a Maine over toilet cabinet which only took 2 minutes on line, it was delivered within a couple of days. When I opened the box the 2nd layer of peices one of the doors was damaged. I have made 4 calls and sent a email with a picture of the damage on Tuesday with no response. Not good after sales service Fantastic Furniture . I will not buy on line again.Karen

Over the years I have dealt with fantastic. You can't argue that the prices are good. Sometimes the products can be a bit of a pain to assemble but that's flat pack for you.I'd like to specifically mention Dylan in the warehouse this afternoon, exceptional customer service, a great attitude and an example of how the right people in a business can not only maintain a reputation but in fact can increase business simply by doing the job in a fashion that warrants respect. This man should be promoted to a trainer position.I tip my hat good sir.

Big airy showroom with a large variety of options in bedding, dining tables, lounges, display cupboards, coffee tables, kids furniture etc.The only issue I had was with the lack of service. We spent 10 minutes in the store having a look at everything and it wasn’t until we’d given up and were almost at the door that one of 3 salespeople left their empty counter, called out and came over to us.We ended up buying afew smaller items in the end but the service was not particularly friendly or welcoming. We’ll purchase the larger items from a competitor with better service

We both a couch from there and it broke on the manufacturer warranty period and it was replaced promtly at no charge to us. Although it did take a while it was still done. The staffs are always friendly there. We're going to purchase more as the prices are great. Just wish they would do a defense discount

I purchased a lounge, it was squeaky so asked for it to be repaired, the repairman never showed up so they gave me a new lounge and the staff were super helpful in making this happen. Awesome customer service!

I ordered a lounge back in September and have had to ring them 8 times to see where it is. Manager of the store calls me to inform me that they had to re-order the lounge as they cant find the lounge also I just rang the store and got a rude ladie telling me they still haven't heard anything on when it will arrive. going on 5 months still no lounge?

I bought a couple of lounges recently and organised delivery. Unfortunately the delivery company which is a third party company didn’t show up when they said they would. I was advised between 11-1 and they never arrived during that time. When I called the delivery company, they said they called 15 minutes before arriving and again at the time of the alleged delivery. This was false as I never received any phone calls either prior to or at the time of the alleged delivery. After I attempted to call the delivery company again, they didn’t answer or return my phone calls. I contacted Fantastic Furniture and attended the store at Nowra where I spoke to the assistant manager and manager. I was told they had screen shots of the phone calls allegedly made to myself however couldn’t provide proof or show me any evidence of any alleged phone calls. After pleading my case the manager, he wasn’t interested in what I had to say and advised that if I wanted the lounges delivered it would be another $95 delivery fee. So much for customer service. Well done Fantastic Furniture, you’ve just lost a future customer and I would not be recommending anyone to shop there. Do yourself a favour and go where customer service is appreciated.

Great prices and plenty of choice. Nice friendly helpful staff. Furniture we wanted not in stock but called 3 days later. Great staff helped to load in trailer. Well worth a visit.
