don’t waste money here because i got treatment for my pigmentation and i spent around $4000, $1500 on first sitting and skin care. then i had to stick with skin care for atleast 6 to 12 months include buying product worth of $750 every 2 months. i have used everything for more than a year but no difference and i am upset that i didn’t get any results.

I tentatively walked into the Brow and Skin Studio about 5 years ago in slightly desperate need of a 'face rescue' after many years of having worked in harsh environments abroad which over time had taken a toll. I was a BIG non believer in 'beauty professionals' having had a string of dire experiences during adolescence whereby therapeutic facials often left me in a worse state of skin chaos and disruption. It can be said that Sherrill re-wrote that entire history for me during my first appointment and this also enabled a fundamental shift in terms of how I more intelligently approach skin care and maintenance. Sherrill and I subscribe to similar philosophies regarding working on the inside out and taking a more holistic approach to not just our skin but to ourselves. I've had tremendous success through dedicated courses of the red and white Healite which made significant difference to the quality, texture and colour of my skin. Its capacity to 'bounce back' has improved with blemishes clearing more quickly and pigmentation spots also having faded as I'm following a super easy and fuss free skin maintenance program using the fantastic Medik8 and Dr Moy products. For a girl who had been resolutely 'anti' beauty salon style treatments, I'm completely reformed when it comes to the genuine transformation your skin can experience in a completely non surgical way. However I'm also mindful that special Sherrill and her trusty co skin pilots, the extraordinary Charlotte and Leteisha, are rare birds and I trust them implicitly.

I've been going to Sherril at The Brow & Skin Studio ever since I moved to Australia. I don't go anywhere else when it comes to my eyebrows or things neck up. Sherril has helped get me onto a skincare routine first with a combination of Priori, Dr Moy and MediK8 and sometimes Omnilux for the past few years. I struggled previously with Rosecea and dryness due to bad thyroid levels. Now my skin is much less red and inflammed and Sherril has been able to consult with me on ways to improve my skin moisture and address my skin when I have increased sun exposure due to sports commitments.The team is always friendly and professional. A testament to how good I have found the team is a trip back to South Africa I did last year, where family and friends all commented on how improved my skin looked, and more youthful. I have been a time honoured client of The Brow and Skin Studio for over ten years. I brought my daughter, Brigid, here for the first shaping of her eyebrows in her mid teens. Sherril made her feel comfortable and confident. Even today, ten years later if Brigid is visiting Brisbane she makes sure that I book her into Sherril, Leteisha or Charlotte for a beauty treatment. When I visit I have Healite ll™ or Omnilux™ treatments as well as my regular facials and brow shaping. No other place as professional and caring of quality work than The Brow and Skin Studio. The attention to detail, genuinely listening to clients and taking the time to give you what you desire is what this place does extremely well. Expertise, vision, an artistic and steady hand - all the staff at this studio are experts at what they do. I am most particular about noticing areas of improvement but I can honestly say, the time and effort that goes into finding experienced staff that are also open minded to training The Brow and Skin Studio way puts this place above others and has made a long lasting impression on me. Each and every client is important to them and no matter how long you may go there for, the staff never take the importance of your input for granted. After having lived in North Queensland for part of my childhood and then having terrible acne scarring from my teenage years, (back in the late 70's when there was not much help for bad skin), I had almost given up.Sherril was kind, sympathetic and practical. She listened, understood my problems, looked carefully at my skin and then took action! I have had several courses of the red and white Healite with excellent results. Sheryil has put me onto quality products which I love - especially the Medik8 and Dr Moy - and adjusts the products as needed over time. Her research on the products she uses in her salon is always up to date and very thorough. Only the best will do. She is also the only one who has managed to whip my eyebrows back into shape!Sherril employs wonderful and highly competent staff; and it is always a joy to walk into her Salon, to see their cheery faces - and come out with glowing skin! Sherril is at the pinnacle of her profession and I highly recommend The Brow & Skin Studio if you are looking for a salon that takes its mission for healthy glowing skin seriously.

Our usual therapist (who is fantastic!!) was away sick which resulted in an alternative appointment being made with another therapist. We could not have been more disappointed with the eyebrow wax and colour service done by Sherrill.At no time were either of us asked what we wanted or, what we usually had done. Without consultation Sherrill decided to change the colour and shape of our eyebrows and the results were completely unsatisfactory. A phonecall to explain our dissappointment was met with nothing short of poor excuses and rudeness. This appointment was a very disappointing experience which is very sad considering we usually enjoy our time at this business and are happy with the results.

Thank you to the team at The Brow and Skin Studio for the treatment I received 3 weeks ago. Since I have had a peel and a light therapy my skin is feeling smoother and looks more radiant and hydrated. The team are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Can't wait for my next visit.
